Terms and conditions for Impulse Nights Out
Important
- How old do I need to be to attend?
You will need to be 18 to attend. - Behaviour
We expect everyone to be nice and enjoy themselves. Guests with egos, think they are entitled are not welcome. - Drugs
We have a zero tolerance policy to drugs. Anyone found with illegal drugs or legal highs will be asked to leave immediately. - Weapons
Anyone found with any weapon will be banned from the venue and the police will be called.
General
- What are the opening times?
Please see the event page for times of opening. - Can I turn up and buy a ticket?
We cannot guarantee if there will be tickets available. Always best to buy a ticket before the day. - Who is performing?
Full details of who is performing can be found on the event page. - What can I expect to find at Impulse Nights Out?
There will be the main stage along with a bar. - Where is the event taking place?
Please see the event page for venue details. - Is the event outside?
All Impulse Nights Out will be indoors. - Can I leave the event and then come back (i.e. are there pass-outs)?
There are no pass outs. You cannot leave and return once you have had your ticket scanned. - Will I be searched?
Everyone including staff will be searched before entering the event. No drugs or legal highs will be allowed at the venue. Anyone found with either will be asked to leave - Can I bring a bag?
Yes you can bring a small bag, this will be searched upon entry. We do not allow large bags in to the event. - Other Items not permitted
Glass bottles (including perfume), aerosols (including deodorant) are also not permitted. - Can I bring animals or pets?
Animals or pets are not permitted at the event; with the exception of registered assistance dogs. - Can I bring food or alcohol in with me?
No. There will be bar for drinks available at the venue. - Is there a dress code?
Dress how you feel comfortable but obviously not naked. - Photography
There maybe photography and filming taking place throughout the event and will be available in the public domain after the event has taken place. By entering the event, you consent to photography, video recording to be used for promotion for future Impulse events. If you are at risk then please let one of the staff or photographer know.
Tickets
- Where can I buy tickets for Impulse Impulse Nights Out?
There is only one outlet which is through Eventim. Do not buy tickets from any other place as you will be refused entry. - How much are tickets?
These will vary dependent on event and venue. - How many tickets can I buy?
The maximum amount of tickets that can be bought by one person is six. - Can I transfer my ticket?
No tickets are allowed to be transferred. ID will need to be required along with the tickets upon entry. - Will I need to print my ticket?
All tickets will be done electronically and will need to be scanned on entry. - Can people in my group for the tickets I have bought turn up at separate times?
No, all people in the party must be present upon entry at the same time. - Are refunds allowed?
Once tickets are bought there are no refunds available so please make sure you can attend.
